Karen Tripi, President
Karen is the founder and President of Karen Tripi Associates. Prior to starting the company 24 years ago, Karen had over 15 years of industry experience, working on both the client and agency sides with such companies as Young & Rubicam, Benton & Bowles, and Western Union. Throughout her career, she was known as an excellent marketer, someone who always spots top talent. More than a few of the people she hired in her earlier years are today’s industry leaders.
Karen has the unique ability to listen to your staffing issues, understand what you need, and figure out how to solve the problems. She is also an excellent negotiator. You’ll get the candidate you want at a fair and appropriate compensation. And you won’t need to be involved in the final negotiations unless you want to be. She is known as one of the best negotiators in the business.

Linda has evolved from a creative background to being one of the best recruiters in our industry.
